Cancellation and No Show Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you have a TRUE emergency please call the office 806-438-4856 and let us know.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full ammount for your appointment. You are scheduling time with a therapist and you are paying for the time offered for the session.
Scheduling appointments and offering expertise services with our clients is how we make our living. As much as we value you as a client we would like for you to do the same.
If your appointment is from 2 to 3 and you are 15 minutes late, we can not make up for the time your late. We have other appointments scheduled. Thank you for understanding. If you are more than 15 minutes late then you will be responcible for full payment of time booked.
If canceling 1 hour before appointment you will be charged FULL AMOUNT of the appointment. This amount must be paid in 48 hours to continual any other services that we offer..
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged FULL AMOUNT for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
