How to maintain the results of the vacuum therapy for buttocks so that it is long-lasting :
It goes without saying that the vacuum therapy treatment is not miraculous and must ideally be accompanied by a healthy lifestyle, good nutrition and exercise. In addition, you should expect to have several sessions in order to achieve lasting results. But mastering the techniques to maintain it will allow you to keep your curves for long.
It is advised to massage at least once a day and to use a firming gel or oil on your buttocks and thighs in the days following the treatment.
Drinking water will help eliminate toxins, so it is recommended to drink plenty of water after sessions.
Exercising helps maintain your desired body shape as well as your results.
Maintain a balanced diet. Avoid processed foods.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine for a period of 24 hours after treatment.
Avoid sitting for a long period of time within 24 hours of treatment.
In order to have tlonger lasting results, it is recommended that you receive at least twelve treatments to give the body time to adapt. Results obviously vary according to body type.
It is recommended to space the sessions over a minimum period of 48 hours.
Suggest as a minimum, cupping twice a week for 6 weeks.
The higher the number of sessions followed, the more satisfactory and long-lasting the results will be.
When the desired result is achieved, it is recommended to space out the sessions so that there are a few sessions per year.
It is preferable to do monthly follow-up sessions in order to maintain the results achieved or desired.
